Welcome to North Kesteven Fencing Club.
Fencing is a great sport. Its fast and athletic with the emphasis on speed and agility rather than strength making it a good sport for both sexes. It is a solid workout that can burn up to 450 calories an hour, working the stomach and lower body muscles, it improves agility, flexibility and reflexes. It boosts mental strength, concentration and increases cardio vascular fitness. New members are very welcome and for more information see the club information page.
